Campus Radio: Campus Beats

Campus radio (also known as college radio, university radio or student radio) is a type of radio station that is managed and run entirely by the students of the college, university or other educational institution. Programming may be exclusively by students, or may include programmes from the wider community in which the radio station is based.

Campus radio gives a platform to the young talented students who wish to be RJs in the future. It gives the students the basic understanding of how different radio programmes are composed and how they are being presented with sound modulations. The aim of campus radio is to broadcast educational programmes.

Short Film

A short film is any film not long enough to be considered a feature film. No consensus exists as to where that boundary is drawn: the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences defines a short film as "an original motion picture that has a running time of 40 minutes or less, including all credits".
The increasingly rare term short subject means approximately the same thing. An industry term, it carries more of an assumption that the film is shown as part of a presentation along with a feature film. Short is an abbreviation for either term.
There was one-day camera techniques class held for III year Communicative English students in order to introduce them to short film making. They were also taught how to write script for a short film and to prepare story board. They were also taught video editing.

Newletter: The Resonance

A campus newsletter is a newsletter published  by students of a university or college. These news letters cover local and, primarily, campus or university news. Working for one's campus newsletter is sometimes an extracurricular activity, but often is integrated with offered journalism classes. II year students of Communicative English are given the charge of the news letter. The students themselves raise the amount for circulation, half of the amount they find from their pockets and remaining from local advertisements.
Department of Communicative English has a campus newsletter named The Resonance published by the students of 2nd year Communicative English department. It is a monthly newsletter. The class is divided into 5 groups and each group has to prepare the news letter for the particular month that is assigned to them. Students

PR Campaign

Creating a PR Plan
The public relations plan is the basis for your public relations program. Public relations plans can either be company-wide (improving the identity of a company) or they may focus on a specific product line, product or service. Below is a template of what a typical public relation plan would look like.
